Miracle of recovery through
the intercession of Saint Rafqa

 I the undersigned, Samia Daou Aakli,  from Zghorta married to Kosti Aakli and we have 4 kids.

 I certify that my eldest daughter, Victoria, 11 years old suffered three years ago from psoriasis. Her hair fall and her body was full of psoriasis spots that peels and suffered a lot. She was treated by a Doctor in Zghorta hospital. We also asked in AUH Hospital where they told us that there is no cure for such disease.

 I prayed to the Virgin Mary and I mentioned suddenly Saint Rafqa in my prayer and I vowed my daughter to Saint Rafqa and requested Her to cure my daughter.

 On Saturday June 9^th, 2001 on the eve of the Canonization my children and I came to visit Saint Rafqa and I took some Blessed Soil from Saint Rafqa’s Tomb and I placed it on the spots.

 After two weeks, my daughter got better and within two months she was completely cured. During winter, nothing appeared. I Thank the Lord, Virgin Mary  and Saint Rafqa all my life for curing my daughter from such a disease. My family, my daughter and I came today to thank Saint Rafqa.
